• Born in St. Gallen, Switzerland
• Ph.D degree in Molecular Biology at University of Zürich/Switzerland
• First camera was a “Kodak Brownie”; it was a gift from my godmother at 12 years of age
• 37 years of:
  • on/off black and white photography
  • developing films and printing pictures in my own black and white laboratory
  • 24x36 mm and medium format 6x6 cm film
  • Polaroid SX-70
• Switched to digital photography in 2001
• Main interest in street, urban and jazz photography
• Jazz photography exhibition in a Geneva jazz club in 1995
• Portfolio in the Hasselblad magazine « Forum » in 1999
• Member of the “Société Genevoise de Photographie” (in charge of courses and workshops)
